BALOO , a young, recently neutered male dog and a beautiful, tall Labrador mix.

A few weeks ago, we adopted him from a shelter – with those sad eyes that just won't let you go. He watched us leave… and you knew immediately: this dog missed his human. When he arrived at Duo's, his little heart was constantly buzzing with excitement. Everything was new, everything was overwhelming – finding peace was incredibly difficult for him. But now something wonderful is happening: Baloo is beginning to settle in. He's slowly finding his footing, opening up, and making his first contacts with other dogs. And yet, there's one moment that means everything to him: time with his human. That's why he waits… at the door, at the fence… full of hope to be seen. Baloo is incredibly inquisitive and eager to learn. He loves training, shared activities, and puzzle games – everything he gets to experience with his human. He already walks well on a long leash and shows great focus on his human. We're currently working intensively on his orientation and leash manners. At the same time, we're practicing calmness with him so he can relax better and find his balance. Baloo is sociable with other dogs, but can also be very affectionate and sometimes possessive towards his human companion. Therefore, Baloo is looking for active, experienced people who enjoy training and provide clear leadership, offering him security, trust, and a consistent routine. We are also open to placing Baloo initially with an experienced and competent foster home where he can continue to learn and develop. Anyone willing to invest time and heart will gain a loyal, sensitive, and incredibly special companion for life.
